The midi length skirt has a smocked elastic waistband for comfort and fit flexibility paired with a flowy, swingy shape complete with on-seam pockets. We recommend sizing down. Made from 96% cotton, 4% spandex. We recommend sizing down. Clothing should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new.
